OUR JOURNEY

Our founders Mr. Ansari and Hyder Haji had one simple aim, “TO SELL THE BEST GOODS, AT THE BEST PRICE, AND WITH THE BEST QUALITY" and "SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS". Today we hold true to our founders’ vision and take great pride in the quality of our business. We also work hard to engage with the communities within which we trade, and to develop our own labelled products in partnership with suppliers and producers from around the globe.

1978 › ESTABLISHMENT

1978 - 1984

The beginning of the road

From a humble beginning in 1978 with three employees and a two shutter shop at Farij al Nasir, FFC has come a long way. Further expanding into supplies and distribution and then to a small town centre shop (supermarket). with two check outs, it’s the ﬁrst in Qatar to offer self-service and to have prices on products.

1986 - 1991

Expanding our reach

We are established on a rock-solid foundation to facilitate future growth. Then we began direct importing of products and in 1988 we made a FFC food service division. Our second turning point was the 2nd supermarket in Airport Branch with Three showrooms, 50,000 sq ft., 5,000 employees which was opend in 1991.

1992 - 2005

Merged with another company

Our growth and expansion over the years, is the result of the tireless efforts and hard work of our dedicated staff. We continued our expanding with FFC airport branch, Cold storage, wholesale business. In the year 2005 we built the Al Rayyan Branch which is our 3rd branch & food service division.

2017

A very succsessful company

FFC became one of the leading food retail organisations in Qatar and an ISO certified company with 3 main branches all over Qatar.

2017

Expanding our Reach

In 2017, We have Opened our 4th & Largest branch in Al Kheesa with a variety of products for our customers.
